Paragliding Flight from Pedra Bonita

Experience the thrill of flying over Rio de Janeiro like a bird. The meeting point is at the São Conrado Free Flight Club, where you check in and meet your pilot. From there, you'll take a van up through Tijuca National Park to the Pedra Bonita ramp, at 520 meters high. After a brief safety briefing and a couple of practice runs, you'll take off in tandem with a certified pilot. During the flight you'll see the Atlantic rainforest, Pedra da Gávea, Morro Dois Irmãos, Rocinha, and the São Conrado coastline, until you land smoothly on the beach sand. The flight lasts between 7 and 20 minutes depending on the wind, and the complete experience takes between 1.5 and 2.5 hours. It's an activity that depends on weather conditions: if the wind doesn't allow flying, you can reschedule or receive a refund.
