Tandem paragliding flight over Rio

Paragliding is the most peaceful way to see Rio from the air. You meet your pilot at the São Conrado Free Flight Club and take a van up through Tijuca National Park to the Pedra Bonita launch ramp. After the safety briefing, you take off in tandem and glide for 10 to 20 minutes over the rainforest, Pedra da Gávea, São Conrado and the Atlantic Ocean, with your flight recorded on GoPro. Landing is on the sand at São Conrado beach. Unlike hang gliding, paragliding accepts people up to 120 kg. The activity depends on the wind: if it's not possible to fly, it will be rescheduled or refunded.
